Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi’it First Nation (“YQT”) is a rural First Nation located near Grasmere, BC, in one of British Columbia’s most beautiful natural settings. Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi’it First Nation (YQT) is seeking a Health, Wellness & Services Coordinator to provide administrative and program support across our Community Health, Wellness & Services Department.
As a key point of contact for clients and community members, this role helps create a welcoming, organized, and culturally safe environment while supporting a broad range of health, wellness, cultural, education, employment, and community services. The Coordinator manages appointments and patient travel arrangements, maintains confidential records, and provides day-to-day administrative and program support. Working closely with YQT staff, visiting physicians, health professionals, service providers, and external partners, this position plays an important role in keeping services organized, accessible, coordinated, and client centred.
