The Cumulative Effects and Land Use Specialist is responsible for providing professional support in the stewardship
of Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi’it lands and resources within the territory. This includes conducting biological and environmental
assessments, planning and managing various land use projects, and ensuring that land and resource management
aligns with the community’s rights, title, and interests. The role requires extensive collaboration with provincial
representatives, fieldwork, and strategic land use planning.
