New Member Portal Site Launched

We’re excited to share that the YQT Member Portal is now live!  The portal serves as a secure hub where important updates, documents, and resources can be shared directly with members.

This new tool is part of our ongoing efforts to increase transparency, communication, and access to information for all YQT members.

Registration Steps:

 

Follow these simple steps to register and verify your account.

  1. Open your browser and go to tobaccoplains.org or portal.tobaccoplains.org
    • On the main website look for the “Members Portal” button at the top right of the page and click it.
  2. Once on the Members Portal page, click “Membership Registration” to begin creating your account.
  3. Fill out the registration form.
    • Enter your personal details exactly as requested (name, email, etc.).
    • Choose a username (this is how you’ll sign in).
    • Create a strong password (use a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers and symbols; avoid easily guessed words).
    • When finished, press Register (or Submit).
  4. Watch for a confirmation email sent to the email address you entered on the form.
    • Open the email and follow the instructions it contains. Make sure to check your junk mail.
  5. Verify your account.
    • Click the verification link inside that confirmation email. That link will confirm your address and activate your account so you can log in.

Please allow for two business days for your account to be verified.
